What hotels ask us first
Can OrchidPMS fit the way our hotel works?
Yes. Modules switch on per property, your policies are settings (taxes, deposits, check-in times, the night audit hour), and roles decide who sees what. During setup we shape all of it with you.
Does it work in our language?
Yes. Each person picks the language they work in, and right to left languages turn the whole layout around. Tell us the languages your team speaks and we set them up.
Can we take payment in more than one currency?
Yes. Price in your own currency and take payment in the others you accept. Every cash drawer counts each currency separately at handover.
Is accounting and payroll really included?
Yes. OrchidPMS is a full hotel platform on top of ERPNext accounting: guest and city ledgers, aging, tax, a payroll run with payslips and the payroll journal. There is no separate accounting product to sync.
Will my hotel's brand stay on invoices and guest documents?
Yes. Folios, invoices, registration cards, confirmation emails and the booking engine carry your hotel's own logo and colours. OrchidPMS stays in the background.
How much does it cost?

Do we need to install anything?
